  • We set each of our buyer clients up on a specific property search program that will send you emails of new listings that meet your search criteria. You will receive a copy of these listings in real time and before it hits the public sites, I:e: Realtor.ca
  • Once you find homes that you would like to view, we set up showing appointments based on your schedule and we view the homes with you.
  • If you would like to move forward with making an offer on a property we will review similar sold properties and provide you with a detailed market analysis and compare the property to other similar listings in the area. This is the best way to make sure you are making the most informed purchasing decision.
  • We handle ALL paperwork from writing the offer, any follow up amendments, waivers etc. We will always review the paperwork and make sure you are comfortable in moving forward.
  • Our job is to make sure that our buyers are informed and comfortable in the buying and selling process as it can be a stressful process and we pride ourselves in making sure that all aspects of a purchase and sale move along smoothly and at a pace you are comfortable with.
  • Once you have purchased a home, we remain in close contact to ensure that all documents are sent to your lawyer and mortgage broker.
